Advance it's more like fitness advance. To much focus on shoulders not enough on abs. Easy excercises on advance. But if you want just to keep weight low and have vacation type workout its good

I have used it for 10 sessions now and I can see no reason to complain except me not being ready for some of the routines. I am adopting. But will recommend an audio that reads how to do it so that I don't need to stop and read before doing an activity
